Shipping Policy
At Physicians Solution Wellness, we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
After your order has been processed, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Most orders are delivered within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives your package.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@everwellbrandsco.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please check your tracking information first and contact the carrier for the most current delivery details.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@everwellbrandsco.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
